She also has so many years of expertise that she was able to give us her candid opinion which we appreciated over and over again. We were in a lucky position to have the time to find something that really suits us, and being a little older we had patience to do so. Connie never once rushed us into buying a house. She also went the extra mile to check on the properties we were interested in, often contacting the selling agent with questions. She is knowledgeable regarding house maintenance, understands the nuances of mortgage and escrow, knows the area extremely well (she's a local), she is incredibly punctual to appointments, she is very prompt with communications and genuinely cares about the future of her customers. Dealing with often times another difficult and unruly listing agent. Connie definitely is a supporter of the armed forces and will be there for you every step of the way, even taking personal time out to ensure great communication when you are states and timezones apart.
